DIY: INLAY DESK

Well, I did it!



{This used to be our dining table.  I primed it first then added one coat of Marina Gray paint by Benjamin Moore in Satin.  The inlay part is leftover paint, Atrium White also by Ben Moore.}


I love how it turned out!!!  It looks like the real deal, don't you think?!

Are you kidding me?? So pretty!! And you are inspiring in that you come up with a plan and execute within days (not months like I do). I was going to sell my old kitchen table, but now I'm starting to rethink that - maybe I should do this instead!

Charmaine it actually looks PERFECT. I bet this took a lot of patience but it definitely paid of in heaps! Incredible, and for a fraction of the cost!

It's absolutely gorgeous Charmaine!! I think the fact that you kept the colours light makes it look so authentic. I've seen it done in higher contrast and it didn't look nearly as slick. Beautiful job.
