DECK IS DONE!

You don't even want to know how many times we restained our deck(didn't like the first two stains I chose, oops!)  But yes,  it is finally done and I am happy with the result...

We ended up doing a two toned deck...

I think it matches the house nicely...

Now the deck is party-ready for the holiday weekend don't you think?!

Love the two-toned! I think it looks really sophisticated! How nice to have such a lovely place to relax! So, I have a question for you. I am in desperate, desperate need of some advice on refinishing a dining room table. I have never done this before, but it needs it, and I am coming to my blog friends for advice. If you have any tips, I would greatly appreciate it! You can comment or email me at shari.k.miller@gmail.com! Thanks Charmaine!

The orange umbrella looks great - it draws your eye to the table.

wow, charmaine, it looks really good! I'd love to have a backyard like you have, balconies are a bit too small for decorating like that... hope you'll have a fab weekend!
