Have you heard of Little Free Library? I just discovered it(through my cousin) a few days ago and the idea is so cool I knew I had to share it with you guys.
The concept is pretty simple. You construct (or buy) a box out of wood or other materials, attach it to a post and fill it with books which people may take, return or donate.
This movement was started by a Wisconsin resident, Todd Bol, 4 years ago as a tribute to his mom, a teacher and bibliophile. These boxes are now a global sensation...
Pretty cool, right!
You can learn more about Little Free Library, here.
(They even have a DIY plans and tips to get you started)
Do you have one in your neighborhood?

So cute! What a great idea.
I have never seen on of these little libraries but what a great idea!
That's amazing. I love it!
Hey lady
yes, learned of it on my trip to Atlanta earlier this year. Saw quite a few actually. Not sure that would work in my condo community (so many freaking rules) but may be worth a shot.
We have the little libraries here in Decatur. Love them!
So cute!
Such a great idea - and so simple. I haven't heard of it before but I have several books I'd love to share
Ha! Glad I could introduce the concept to you! I miss the one in our neighborhood so much, and I really want to put one in our front yard! Now, to figure out how to build one.... I'm not as crafty as you....
We have one in our neighborhood and it is the cutest thing. I have never stopped to borrow a book, but now I might do just that!
That's cool. Have not heard it but love the concept and the story behind it. Hope you are doing well!
