PREPARING FOR A RUMMAGE SALE

This weekend is our annual subdivision rummage.

This is going to be my first time selling and it's a bit overwhelming!
Any last minute tips for me?

Best of luck! I haven't had too many of those, but I did group stuff by price, since I didn't have time to mark every single item.. Have your kids do a lemonade stand at your sale, it will draw in customers and the kid-factor sells!!!!

Totally agree with everything Nancy said. And plan for a sitter that night. You'll need some cocktails after. :)

Good luck! I've never done that before, but having neon tag stickers always catches my eye quickly, so I guess, using that so that your items stand out might not be a bad idea. :-)

Ours is this weekend also but not participating b/c of the Cali trip. Have lots of change (bills and coins), have everything priced, have boxes and grocery sacks for purchases. If it's going to be hot, sell bottled water. You'll be suprised how many you sell.
