ANTIQUES ON SECOND

Last weekend I went to Antiques on Second, a 37,000 square feet on 3 floors of antique and vintage goodness!

Chairs galore...

 Lighting...

Tables and dressers....

 Origianl art pieces...

 Mirrors...

 Rugs...

So what did I get?  Nada (yet).
(I'm still contemplating on getting several items)

Like these pair of 1970's brass cantilever chairs which I posted on Instagram...

(in great condition!)

This vintage Franz Kline "Meryon" print...

and this Teak Mid Century Credenza for Mark's office...

(hopefully they are still there!)

Do you see anything you like?  Give me a holler, I'd be happy to get it for you.

To my friends Brandy and Melissa, have I convinced you to take  a road trip to Milwaukee yet!

  1. I don't know about Brandy and Melissa, but you may have just convinced ME! This place looks amazing (and dangerous for the wallet). I've always wanted a teak credenza. And those brass and orange chairs are amazing and I think you need them. I'm curious how much they were selling the Eames lounge for! Such an iconic piece.

  5. Wow. I wouldn't know where to look first! What a place. Way to restrain yourself from buying! Love all the MCM pieces. I'd love to snag one of those for my boys' room. And they're in such great shape too! That inlaid table is sweet. And I'm curious about those mirror-backed sconces. Were they old? They're really cool looking.
