CRAIGSLIST MONDAY: LOVESEAT/SETTEE

Besides chair,  I also have a weakness for settee/loveseat.  As Suzanne and Lauren McGrath indicated in their book, "Good Bones, Great Pieces",  the loveseat is the most versatile piece of furniture.   From the starter apartment to the foot of the bed or breakfast nook, it is capable of taking on many roles...

  3. I'm with you... love seats are really versatile. I think my fave spot for one is in a dining room - although that hot pink one is pretty amazing!

  4. Love these! I'd love to switch out my white sofa for a settee because my space is so limited and then maybe I could fit a chair in...but then I'd have no where for my girl friends to sleep when they come to visit.

A couple of those I wouldn't even reupholster! Love that floral one, and the tufted. Great post.

  8. I have one in my dining room that I am about to have recovered. Can't wait to see the before and after myself! I have seen that whole room/house from Tracery. It was on a home tour a few years ago and is literally one mile from my house! It was really great.
