ORANGE FRONT DOOR

I've talked about painting our front door a fun color before, and  I've narrowed it down to Orange(one of my favorite colors).  I think it would look nice against our brownish brick.

Now the question is what shade of Orange?

    I vote for Glowing Firelight or Maple Leaf! Orange is one of MY favorite colors too!

    My vote is for Glowing Firelight too- it is the perfect shade between orange and red!

    I love "hermes" orange! Like the one Emily Henderson used lately in that bedroom? http://www.stylebyemilyhenderson.com/blog/vintage-romantic-canopy-bedroom.html

    It will also depend on the lighting in your entry, from your previous pics, it doesn't look like that area gets a lot of light, so consider a lighter tone on the inside or ,maybe, do brighter outside and lighter in! Can't wait to see it!

    I'm leaning towards Kim's but really it will probably come down to getting a few samples and try with your house and lighting. I also love the Hermes orange - Brandy

    I love reddish orange one of my favorite colors to wear :) I really like the true orange color might look amazing with your brick :)

    I love orange! Its a hard color to get right, I went through about 15 samples when I painted my daughter's dresser. I love the one in Lauren Liess's foyer, and I like the Habanero pepper one too.
